Haydel's has exactly what my wife and I were looking for. The price was very fair and the quality was excellent. DJ was extremely helpful and gave us a great deal. Delivery was perfect. The entire staff really knows their stuff.

We purchased an appliance that initially was supposed to deliver in a week. It kept getting pushed out and then was no longer available , no fault of Haydels. When we settled on a new stove they delivered free for the inconvenience. Delivery from them is always great! Very satisfied with our purchase!

The ABSOLUTE top of the line customer service experience that I have had since visiting here in Laplace. Both of the gentlemen were professional, funny and easy to do business with. Don't just take my word for it Laplace and surrounding areas, but try it for yourself. There are some AMAZING deals in that place...I just ran out of $$$. Lol! They made me feel like my daughter and I were their friends. I purchased a washer dryer combo and a stainless steel refrigerator. Their deals are unbelievable!!! Thanks again Haydel's. A year ago I purchased items from Haydel's, among them a new fridge. I went to Haydel's because of competitive pricing but primarily because of their extraordinary customer service and personal customer care. The fridge had problems from the start and Michael Haydel, family and staff worked to correct those and enforce the warranty. My trust in Haydel's was well-placed and today I have a new fridge. It was delivered by polite, well-spoken and professional staffers who showed care and consideration for me, my property and household and neighbors. They also worked cleanly leaving no debris inside or out. This is why when needing furniture or appliances, Haydel's will again be my first call - you cannot get their service from any big box store.

Michael is knowledgeable about his products and a pleasure to deal with (so were the delivery guys!) If you live in St. Charles Parish and want to keep your spending local you really should make a trip to Norco to look at their products. Also delivery and installation with removal of your old appliance included in the delivery price! Try that at a big box store. A five star experience!! I need a new washer. I love the one I have, but it breaks too often. I wanted something similar from a different manufacturer. I showed Michael what I have. I've been to Haydel's furniture and appliances twice and both times my experience was exceptional. The store atmosphere is very inviting and the staff seemed very knowledgeable. I purchased a sofa and recliner set along with a kitchen table and chairs. The salesman, Nick, was very patient with me and took the time to explain to me the different material/costs differences between each set. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a personal interaction and friendly environment- and the prices were very competitive with large box stores. I am pleased with my purchase and experience. Overall, I would give this store a 10!
